What to Expect

The Mount Airy Downtown Business Association is so excited to bring back Mayberry Farm Fest! This family-friendly event celebrates local agriculture with food, demonstrations, crafts, children's activities, music, heritage and cultural displays, tractors, interactive fun and more!

Mayberry Farm Fest kicks off with a Tractor Parade at 6pm on Friday, May 15th in Downtown Mount Airy. The tractor parade is followed by a kid's parade! Children are encouraged to ride their toy tractors/cars and bikes! On Saturday, May 16th, the streets of Downtown will be filled with food and craft vendors, farming demonstrations, children's activities and much more!

Department of Commerce Main Street & Rural Planning Center.  Mount Airy Downtown, Inc. is charged with administering the program at the local level and building public-private partnerships to spur economic development that achieves measurable results such as investment, business growth, and job creation.
